This menu will be placed on your table for your party to choose from on the date of your booking. We do not need a pre order and the price can be left off the menus for the tables if desired. On request the forge will be decorated.

Potato Shells filled with creamy garlic mushrooms
Chicken liver Pate served with salad, red onion chutney and chunky bread
Brie Wedges deep fried breaded brie wedges served with cranberry
Blanch Bait breaded deep fried little fishes, served with tartar sauce
Smoked Salmon & Prawn Salad & pink sauce
Haddock Fillet cooked in the oven and then topped with garlic, bacon & prawns tossed in olive oil. Served fries & vegetables
Chicken Mushroom & stilton , breast of chicken cooked in mushrooms, stilton and finished with cream served with a selection of vegetables and fries
Steak & Ale Pie served with a selection of vegetables and fries
Spinach & Feta Filo Pie home made pie of spinach, feta and pine nuts in a light filo pastry. Served with fries & a choice of salad or vegetables.
Asparagus & Artichoke Pasta in a creamy pesto sauce topped with veggie parmesan cheese.
Sausage & Mash 3 large local sausages, creamy mashed potato, covered in red wine onion gravy served with vegetables
